CODPrem COD Form & Booster · Shopify app

Take cash-on-delivery orders in one tap. Keep the buyers your checkout loses.

A COD order form that replaces Buy it now on every product page, with bundles, upsells and WhatsApp confirmation built in. No card, no payment gateway, no checkout page for a buyer to abandon.

Every COD seller knows these three

Cash on delivery does not fail at the door. It fails on the product page, and again on the phone.

Shopify's checkout was built for cards. For a COD buyer it is three screens asking for things they will not give, and every one of them is an exit.

Cost 1 · the buyer who leaves

A checkout that asks for a card loses the buyer who has none.

Most COD shoppers reach the checkout, see a payment step, and close the tab. Your ad already paid for that click. The manual "cash on delivery" payment method hides it behind the same screens.

Cost 2 · the parcel that comes back

A fake or unconfirmed order costs you shipping both ways.

A wrong number, a prank, a buyer who changed their mind. The courier delivers, nobody pays, and the product rides home. On COD the return rate is the number that decides whether a campaign made money.

Cost 3 · the day spent calling

Confirming every order by hand is a job, and it does not scale.

Copying orders into a sheet, calling each buyer, chasing the ones who do not answer, then telling the courier. It works at 10 orders a day. At 100 it is the reason you cannot grow.

Built for stores that sell on cash

One form on the product page, and everything a COD store needs behind it.

Each piece was built for shops that sell on cash: the form, the offers, the confirmation, the numbers.

A one-tap order form in place of Buy it now

Pop-up, sidebar, inline or hybrid. It finds the theme's button on its own, so there is nothing to place. Standard or short fields, country and state from Shopify's own lists, Google address autocomplete.

Buyers order in seconds, on the page they are already on

Bundles, tiers, cross-sell, upsell and downsell

Buy 2 get 1 free, quantity ladders, a product bundle with a gift, a cross-sell card of matching products, a pop-up upsell when they press Place order, and a downsell if they decline. All on one order, priced by Shopify.

A higher order value from the same ad spend

WhatsApp OTP and fraud prevention

A one-time code on WhatsApp before the order is created, with a pop-up card in the buyer's own language. Blocklists by phone, IP, email and postcode, an order limit per buyer, a quantity ceiling, and invisible reCAPTCHA.

Fewer parcels that come back unpaid

Abandoned leads, with a WhatsApp button on each

A buyer who typed a phone number and left is a lead, not a loss. CODPrem keeps them in a list, rates each one from the data itself, and gives you a one-tap WhatsApp message in your own words to bring them back.

Recover orders that never reached the button

Orders where your team already works

Every order lands in Google Sheets with a Delivered / Returned dropdown the courier can fill, in Telegram the moment it is placed, and in any webhook. Pixels and the Conversions API for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads.

No copying, no missed order, ads that learn from real sales

A dashboard that counts delivered, not just ordered

Orders, confirmation rate, delivery rate and profit per campaign, with your product cost, shipping and courier fees already subtracted. Ad spend pulled from Meta, so POAS is a number you read, not one you compute.

Know which campaign actually made money

28 languages, right to left, in the buyer's currency

English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic and its regional varieties, Urdu and twenty more, matched to the language the shopper is browsing in. Prices follow Shopify Markets, and the order is created in the currency the buyer saw.

Sell to every market you ship to, in its own words

A/B testing, judged on delivered orders

Test a theme, a display mode, a button wording or a set of offers against each other. Buyers are split by the server, and the winner is the version whose orders were kept, not just placed.

Decide with orders that were paid for, not guesses

Offers · 01

Top banner

A one-line promise across the top of the form: quick delivery, easy cash payment, or whatever you want the buyer to read first.

Offers · 02

Countdown timer

A real timer with your own message and badge. The offer ends on the form itself, while the buyer is deciding.

Offers · 03

Product card

Title, photo and the live price of the chosen variant, so the buyer never loses sight of what they are ordering.

Offers · 04

Features

Short reassurance lines with an icon. "100% risk-free: cash on delivery", a guarantee, a certificate. As many as you need.

Offers · 05

USP carousel

Rotating slides beside the buy button: a gift, free delivery, a promise. Bold title, one line, dots on the right.

Offers · 06

Stock scarcity bar

"Only 7 left" is read from Shopify's own inventory, never typed in. The bar fills to match.

Offers · 07

Variant picker

Colours and sizes as cards with their photo and price, and a short line per variant that changes as the buyer picks.

Offers · 08

Quantity tiers (Bundle & Save)

Buy 1, buy 2 get 1 free, buy 3 get 2 free. Each tier shows its price and saving, with a variant picker per unit when the buyer takes more than one.

Offers · 09

Product bundles

Several products at one price, some of them free. The card totals itself and every line lands on the order exactly as shown.

Offers · 10

Cross-sell

Two or three matching products sold together at a discount. It replaces the single product on the order, priced by Shopify.

Form · 11

Form fields

Standard or short mode. Country and state come from Shopify's lists, Google fills the address, and the phone is checked before the order exists.

Form · 12

Extra add-on services

Order assurance, gift wrap, express handling. A toggle on the form, its own line on the order, and no discount touches it.

Form · 13

Discount vouchers

Your Shopify codes as tap-to-apply tickets. The saving shown is read from the real code, so a voucher can never promise what it does not give.

Form · 14

Shipping method

Your Shopify rates, or flat rates you set. Free stays free; a paid rate joins the total before the buyer orders.

Form · 15

Order summary

Every product, every discount, shipping and tax. The figure here is the figure Shopify charges, computed by one rule on both sides.

Form · 16

In-form upsell

Up to five products at a discount, ticked into the same order. A pop-up upsell and a downsell can follow the button.

Checkout · 17

Submit buttons

Place order with the total on it. Optionally a prepay button with its own discount, and an Order on WhatsApp button.

Checkout · 18

Trust badges

Three short reassurances with icons, side by side or stacked, right where the buyer hesitates.

Checkout · 19

Image banner

A picture of your choosing under the buttons: your logo, a guarantee seal, your packaging, a delivery map.

Checkout · 20

Reviews

Your own customer reviews as a carousel, with name, date and stars. An empty list draws nothing; nothing is invented.

Checkout · 21

FAQ

Answers to the questions that stop people ordering, folded into an accordion at the foot of the form.

Checkout · 22

Notice text

A closing line in your words. "Pay Cash at Your Doorstep", or the legal note your market requires.

Orders arrive, confirmed and ready to ship

Each order is a real Shopify order, unpaid until delivery. Confirm it on WhatsApp, hand it to the courier, and mark it delivered from your sheet or the dashboard.

Before you install

What store owners ask before they install.

Does it replace Shopify's checkout?

On the product page, yes. The form takes the place of Buy it now, and the order is created directly in Shopify without a checkout page. Your normal checkout keeps working for buyers who want to pay by card, unless you choose to hide it.

Where do the orders go?

Into your Shopify Orders page, like any other order, marked as unpaid until the courier collects the cash. They also go to Google Sheets, Telegram and webhooks if you connect them, and to your ad pixels.

Do I need a payment gateway?

No. Cash on delivery is collected by the courier. CODPrem does not process payments; it creates the order and records the amount to be paid at the door.

Will it work with my theme?

It is a Shopify theme app extension, so it works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and its family. It finds the theme's buy button on its own and follows your theme's font if you want it to.

Which countries and languages are supported?

Any country Shopify ships to. The form ships in 28 languages: English, French, Spanish, Turkish, Romanian, Greek, Polish, Italian, Bulgarian, Arabic with four regional Arabic varieties, Thai, Portuguese for Brazil and for Portugal, Czech, Hungarian, German, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Urdu, Bengali, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Filipino. Right-to-left languages are laid out correctly, and you can add and translate your own.

How much do WhatsApp messages cost?

Verification codes and order confirmations are charged per delivered message from a balance you top up inside the app, with a free allowance to start. A message that is not delivered is never charged.

What does it cost?

CODPrem Start is free for three months with 50 orders a month. Paid plans start at $9 a month and differ only in limits, never in features. Every plan has every feature.
