Where do I install CODPrem?

From the Shopify App Store. After installing, switch on the CODPrem app embed in your theme and run Quick Start inside the app.

Do you reply every day?

We answer email and chat on business days. Most questions get a reply the same day.

I am a buyer with a question about my order.

Please contact the store you ordered from. CODPrem provides the order form, but the store handles your order, delivery and payment.

How do I report a security issue?
