CODPrem Start is free for three months from the day you install the app, with every feature and up to 50 orders a month. After the three months, a paid plan is required to keep using CODPrem.
An order counts once, when CODPrem successfully creates it in Shopify. An abandoned form, a refused order or a failed attempt never counts against you. Only orders placed through the CODPrem form count; orders your buyers place through Shopify’s own checkout are not counted.
The count covers the calendar month and resets on the 1st. Changing plans does not reset it: orders already used this month carry over to your new plan.
We warn you each time you get close to your limit. Passing it does not stop your form: a 5% grace keeps you selling, then the form pauses until you upgrade. Buyers never see a message about your plan.
Charges are billed through Shopify, on your store bill, in US dollars. Yearly billing costs 25% less than paying monthly for twelve months.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Plans page inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Yes. The WhatsApp buttons on your orders and abandoned leads open the chat with your message already written, and you can put a WhatsApp button on the form itself. Included on every plan, at no extra cost.
