1. The agreement
These terms apply when you install or use CODPrem COD Form & Booster (“CODPrem”, “the app”) on a Shopify store. By installing the app you accept them on behalf of the business that owns the store. They sit alongside Shopify's own terms, which also govern apps from the Shopify App Store.
If you do not accept these terms, do not install the app, or uninstall it.
2. The service
CODPrem adds a cash-on-delivery order form to your Shopify store and creates real orders in your store when buyers submit it. It also provides offers, verification, integrations, analytics and related tools, as described inside the app and on this website. We may improve, change or retire features over time; when a change removes something you rely on, we give reasonable notice.
3. Your responsibilities
- You set up your prices, offers, taxes, shipping rates and delivery areas, and you check that the orders the app creates are right for your business.
- You fulfil the orders placed through your store and deal with your buyers.
- You tell your buyers how their data is used, in your own store's privacy policy, and obtain any consent the law requires, including for WhatsApp messages and ad tracking.
- You use the app lawfully, only for goods you are allowed to sell, and in line with the rules of every service you connect, including the WhatsApp Business policies and the terms of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google.
- You keep your Shopify account and any credentials you enter into the app secure.
4. Plans, trial and billing
- CODPrem Start is free for three months from installation. After that, a paid plan is required to keep using the app.
- Paid plans are billed through Shopify, in US dollars, on your Shopify bill, monthly or yearly. Current prices are on our pricing page and inside the app.
- Each plan includes a number of orders per calendar month. We warn you as you approach the limit; once you pass it by more than 5%, the form pauses until you upgrade or the next month begins.
- If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
- You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription.
5. WhatsApp credit
WhatsApp messages sent by the app are paid from a prepaid balance you top up in the app through Shopify. A message is charged at the rate shown in the app only when it is delivered. Free starter credit has no cash value. Credit cannot be transferred to another store.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CODPrem to send unsolicited messages, collect data unlawfully, sell prohibited goods, interfere with the app or its servers, get around plan limits, copy or resell the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts buyers, other merchants or the service at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
7. Data protection
Our privacy policy describes how we handle data. For your buyers’ data you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, only to provide the app. A data processing agreement is available on request at contact@codprem.com.
8. Third-party services
CODPrem works with services run by others, including Shopify, Meta and WhatsApp, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and Telegram. We are not responsible for their availability, their fees or changes to their products and rules, and a change on their side can limit what the app can do.
9. Ownership
We own CODPrem, its code, design and content. You own your store, your settings, your content and your data. While your subscription is active we grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for your store.
10. Support
Every plan includes email support at contact@codprem.com. Paid plans also include live chat inside the app. We answer on business days. Guides are available at help.codprem.com.
11. Disclaimer
We work hard to keep CODPrem accurate, secure and available, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular sales or results.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SellPrem LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amounts you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover SellPrem LLC against claims brought by third parties that arise from your products, your store, your dealings with your buyers or your breach of these terms or of the law.
14. Ending the agreement
You can stop using CODPrem at any time by uninstalling it. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously breach these terms. After the app is uninstalled, your store’s data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which SellPrem LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a business based in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we tell you inside the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
