We offer a risk-free 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new license purchases. If you are unable to get the plugin to work on your website and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we will happily refund your money.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are within the 14-day window from the date of your original purchase.
- You have contacted our support team to report the technical issue and allowed us a reasonable amount of time to attempt to resolve it.
- The issue is caused by our plugin and not by a conflict with a third-party theme, plugin, or server configuration that is outside our control.
What is NOT Refundable?
We do not grant refunds in the following situations:
- License Renewals: Automatic renewals are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent future charges.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decided you no longer need the plugin or found a different solution after the purchase.
- Missing Features: If you claim a refund based on the absence of a feature that was never advertised or listed on our features page.
- Lack of Access: If you refuse to provide our support team with the necessary access (e.g., temporary admin login or staging site) to troubleshoot and fix the reported issue.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact@codprem.com with:
- Your License Key or Order ID.
- A description of the issue you are facing.
- Confirmation that you have deactivated and deleted the plugin from your site.
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction and for the credit to appear on your statement.
