By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the CODPrem WordPress plugin (“Software”, “Plugin”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the plugin.

2. Software License

GPL Licensing:
CODPrem is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. You are free to modify and distribute the code under the terms of the GPL.

License Keys & Premium Features:
While the code is GPL, access to automatic updates, premium features, and technical support is restricted to users with a valid, active license key. License keys are valid for the specific number of websites defined in your plan (e.g., 1 Site, 5 Sites, Unlimited) and for the duration of your subscription (Annual or Lifetime).

3. Pricing & Payments

• Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Freemius. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
• renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled previously. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or the link in your purchase email.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time. Active subscriptions will remain at the price they were purchased at as long as the subscription remains active.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new purchases. Refunds are granted only if the plugin fails to function correctly and our support team cannot resolve the issue. 5. Support Policy

Support is provided to users with an active license key.

• Scope: We support the installation, configuration, and functionality of CODPrem.
• Exclusions: We do not provide support for third-party themes, other plugins, custom coding, or server-level configuration issues.
• Response Time: We aim to respond to support tickets within 24-48 hours, depending on your plan’s priority level.

6. Third-Party Services

CODPrem integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Google Sheets.

• We are not responsible for any changes, downtime, or fee structures imposed by these third-party services.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary API keys and adhering to the terms of service of these platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CODPrem or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin.

You acknowledge that you are using the plugin at your own risk. It is your responsibility to back up your website before installing or updating any plugin.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license key without prior notice or liability if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to sharing your license key publicly or attempting to resell the license key (distinct from the GPL code).

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
